Program

Parents Day Out is a 2 day a week program for children 3 months thru 5 years of age. At Parent’s Day Out, your child will follow a fun, scheduled day based on the belief that playing, interacting and singing is an effective learning method in early childhood development.  We offer multiple activities including storytelling, art, music, games and a kid-friendly playground! Our teachers and leaders are carefully selected based on their prior experience and each teacher is trained according to our Parent’s Day Out standards.  Each of our teachers has a Christ-based love for your child, and will provide a quality, nurturing and respectful Christian environment in which your child can grow. Lacey Hysell

Parent's Day Out / Children's Ministry Director

Lacey Hysell

Hello! My name is Lacey Hysell and I am so excited to serve, lead, and love you all here at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship! I live in the Cane Ridge area with my husband (and Man of Valor!) Dan and our four year old daughter, Wynter Rose. I also have two adult bonus children that I adore with all of my heart. My lifeline is coffee and prayer and my favorite place to be is home or in my garden.

In Psalm 127 it says, “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth.”

The Lord instilled a passion in me for children many years ago and I have had the honor to steward their little hearts and minds toward Him and His ways for over twenty years. I am so excited to now embark on this new adventure as the Children’s Ministry Director! I truly believe there is no greater joy than proclaiming the good news to the next generation. I look forward to partnering with families and equipping our wonderful volunteers to sharpen our little “arrows” and release them out into their purpose given to them by our Heavenly Father, for He is worthy!
